2. For what purpose do we process your data?
At museodecine.es, we process the personal data you provide to us in order to:
Respond to inquiries sent via email to info@museodecine.es
Manage and respond to reservation requests for group visits (more than 20 people) via the group contact form available on the website.
To manage group reservations, the form requests your name, email address, and telephone number. This data is used exclusively to contact you and confirm the details of the visit.
Online ticket sales are not available; tickets must be purchased in person at the box office on the day of the visit. There is no payment gateway on the website.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you voluntarily contact us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. How long do we keep the data?
Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing. Once no longer necessary, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures or retained in a blocked state for the periods required by applicable law.
5. To whom will your data be disclosed?
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law. However, data is shared with the following data processors, which are necessary for the website's operation:
Automattic Inc. (WordPress.com), a web hosting provider based in the United States. The transfer is carried out under the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses / Automattic’s international transfer mechanisms).
Google LLC, regarding the Google Maps map embedded on the website to show the exhibition's location. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and receive technical data from your device (such as your IP address), in accordance with its own privacy policy.
6. What are your rights?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the *Asociación Cultural El Hombre Interminable* is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:

9. Minors
Access to and use of the website are intended for adults. Should a minor provide personal data, it is presumed that they have the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
